Are UpRaw artworks original?
Yes. We work directly with our artists to provide original artworks of excellent quality.
Can I place an order or speak to an UpRaw team member by phone?
We do not take phone orders or enquiries. However if you contact us by email, an UpRaw team member will get back to you.
Will my artwork arrive framed or stretched?
Unless specified on the artwork page, your work will be delivered unframed or unstretched. This way you get choose the frame to suit your taste and budget rather than someone else’s.
How will my artwork be delivered?
All orders are packaged securely and shipped with Australia Post (registered) within 2 days of confirmation of your order.
When can I expect to receive my order?
If you live in Australia or New Zealand, you should receive your order within 5 to 7 working days. International customers can expect delivery within 14 working days.
I live outside Australia. Can I still purchase from UpRaw?
Yes we deliver world-wide.
Shipments to international destinations must clear customs. Import duties, taxes and custom charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyers’ responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office for any additional costs.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
We offer free delivery by Australia Post (registered) for all Australian and New Zealand orders.
Postage on international orders is calculated on the weight and size of each item to your selected country. Upon checking out, simply select your location and the cost of postage will be calculated for you. A discount on the shipping price will be calculated if more than one product is requested within the same order.
We will send you email confirmation upon shipment of your order.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We use Paypal for payment. It’s the easy, quick and safe way to pay online no matter where you are in the world. You can use your bank account or credit card, or money in your PayPal balance. For more information about Paypal visit their website www.paypal.com.au
Can I return my artwork?
UpRaw offers a 7 day return policy on all products. Alternatively, a credit voucher can be issued. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The shipping cost is non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds will be made via PayPal to your credit card or PayPal account.
My artwork arrived damaged. What do I do?
UpRaw takes great care in packaging our artwork using the best quality packaging material. However, if your product arrives damaged we will offer you a full refund, replacement or a credit voucher. We require notification of damage within 7 days of receiving your order. UpRaw Full refunds will be made via PayPal to your credit card or PayPal account.
